Terms of Use
Last updated August 2026
1. About HuntHub
HuntHub is an independent, fan-made companion app that lets hunters log and share their own trophies from theHunter: Call of the Wild. By creating an account or using HuntHub you agree to these Terms of Use and to our Community Guidelines.
2. Your account
You are responsible for your account and everything posted from it. You must be old enough to form a binding agreement where you live, and you must keep your sign-in credentials secure. You may delete your account at any time.
3. Content you upload
Trophy screenshots, photos, notes, comments, usernames, and profile details you add are your content ("User Content"). You remain responsible for it.
You confirm that, for everything you upload:
- You have the rights or permissions necessary to share it.
- It does not infringe anyone else's copyright, trademark, privacy, or other rights.
- It does not contain another person's private or personal information.
- It complies with our Community Guidelines and applicable law.
4. Licence you give HuntHub
You keep ownership of your User Content. By uploading it you give HuntHub the limited, worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free permission needed to host, store, back up, process, moderate, and display that content as part of operating and providing the HuntHub service — including showing it to other hunters where you have chosen to make it visible.
This permission exists only to run the service. It ends when you delete the content or your account, except for copies retained briefly in backups or where we must keep records to comply with law or to handle abuse reports.
5. Third-party game content
theHunter: Call of the Wild and all related game content, artwork, trademarks, and other intellectual property belong to their respective owners. HuntHub does not claim any ownership of that intellectual property, including where it appears inside screenshots that hunters upload.
HuntHub does not host a library of official game assets. Any in-game imagery in HuntHub is uploaded by individual users through the trophy logging feature and remains the responsibility of the uploading user.
6. Moderation and removal
HuntHub may remove or hide any content that violates these Terms or the Community Guidelines, or that we reasonably believe is unlawful, harmful, or infringing. Hunters can report content in the app; reports are reviewed by HuntHub staff. A single report does not automatically delete content.
HuntHub may warn, restrict, suspend, or terminate accounts that repeatedly or seriously violate these rules. Where practical we will tell you why, but we may act immediately in serious cases.
7. Intellectual-property complaints
If you believe content on HuntHub infringes your rights, email us with a link to the content, a description of the material, and your contact details, and we will review and respond.
8. Acceptable use
Do not attempt to break, overload, scrape, or reverse-engineer HuntHub, bypass moderation or privacy controls, impersonate others, or use the service to harass anyone.
9. Service provided as-is
HuntHub is offered as-is, without warranties. Community statistics, rarity data, and detection features are best-effort and may be inaccurate. To the extent permitted by law, HuntHub is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the app.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms as HuntHub evolves. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
