What we collect

  • Account data: your email address or sign-in provider identity, and the account created for you.
  • Profile data: display name, username, bio, avatar image, optional creator links, and whether your profile is public or private.
  • Trophy data: species, score, weight, weapon, reserve, fur/coat, notes, dates, and the screenshots or photos you upload.
  • Activity data: grind counters, likes, comments, follows, blocks, and reports you submit.
  • Technical data needed to run the app, such as basic error and request logs.

Images you upload

When you log a trophy you upload an image yourself — normally an in-game screenshot or a photo of your lodge trophy. We store that image in our hosting provider's private storage and link it to your trophy entry.

Uploaded images are used to display your trophy in the app, to power features such as reading trophy details from the screenshot, and for safety moderation (an automated check runs on upload to block sexual, illegal, or clearly off-topic images).

Who can see an image depends on your profile visibility. If your profile is public, your trophies and their images can be viewed by other signed-in hunters and can appear in community feeds, showcases, and shared links. If your profile is private, your trophies are visible only to you and to HuntHub staff handling moderation. HuntHub staff can view an uploaded image when it is reported.

Deletion

  • Deleting a trophy entry removes it from the app together with its stats and comments, and its uploaded image is no longer served or referenced by HuntHub.
  • Deleting your account removes your profile, trophies, comments, likes, follows, grinds, and their associated uploaded images.
  • Residual copies may persist for a short period in encrypted backups, or where we must retain records to comply with law or resolve an abuse report.

Sharing

We do not sell your data. We share it only with the service providers needed to run HuntHub — hosting, database and file storage, authentication, and the moderation/vision model used to check uploads — and where required by law or to protect the safety of the community.

Your choices

  • Switch your profile between public and private at any time in Settings.
  • Edit or delete any trophy entry, including replacing or removing its image.
  • Block another hunter, or report content you believe breaks the rules.
  • Delete your account, or email us to request access to or deletion of your data.

Children

HuntHub is not intended for children under 13 (or the minimum age in your country). We do not knowingly collect their data; contact us and we will remove the account.
